Here are some preparation requirements for dentists:

| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |

| a. Write us a worksheet, put in as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, address, patient name, age, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Start to prepare a working impression (model), an opposite impression (model) and a study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including also lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex normally), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice and a non wooden declaration paper, which are required for shipping.
